Everything you need to know about booking, delivery, and getting your listing photo-ready.
Booking takes about two minutes. Pick your package, enter the address and square footage, and we handle the rest, including appointment reminders and weather rescheduling. On shoot day, we arrive on time and capture everything. Photos, 2D floor plans, and 3D tours are delivered the next day, and videos follow within 2–3 days. Every package includes a floor plan at no extra cost.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a shoot?

How far in advance do I need to book?
Short notice is usually fine, and same-week availability is the norm. For twilight shoots or larger properties, booking a few days out gets you the best time slots.
What areas do you serve?
McLennan, Bell, Coryell, Bosque, Hill, Limestone, and Falls Counties. That includes Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, Robinson, China Spring, Lorena, McGregor, Temple, Belton, Killeen, Whitney, and surrounding towns. Travel fees apply beyond 18 miles from our hub in Waco.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. As long as we have access through a lockbox, keypad, or the homeowner on site, you don’t need to be there. We do ask that the home be empty of people during the shoot. That keeps things moving and keeps reflections out of mirrors and windows.
How long does a shoot take?
It all depends on the package selected, square footage, and add-ons. Typically our Essentials Package will take 30-45 minutes while our Showcase & Premier Packages take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least 1 hour’s notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 1 hour’s notice are billed at the full shoot fee.
What happens if the weather’s bad?
We’ll reschedule outdoor and drone work at no charge for unsafe weather, FAA restrictions, or poor light. Overcast skies are replaced with blue skies in editing, so clouds usually aren’t a problem.
Media Delivery
How fast are photos delivered?
Photos are always delivered next day, 7 days a week!
How fast are videos delivered?
We ask that you allow 2–3 days for video delivery. If you order photos and video together, your photos still arrive next day. Each service is delivered as soon as it’s finished.
Needing to rush a listing, can I get same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is often possible. Call or text us at 254-300-8585 as soon as you know you need it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How many photos will I get?
We shoot with the end result in mind. That said, most listings get anywhere from 30–60+ edited images. Photo count isn’t capped, so every space worth showing gets shown.
Do you deliver the raw/unedited files?
No. Every image is professionally edited before delivery. For the sake of upload time and storage, raw files aren’t provided. Some exceptions may apply.
Do you use AI to edit your photos?
Every photo is edited by hand, by a person, image by image. We use modern tools where they help, like noise reduction and generative fill for removing small distractions, but we never batch-process your listing through an automated AI editor like many companies do. That’s why colors stay true, windows look natural, and rooms look like the actual home, not an over-processed version of it.
Will there be watermarks?
No. Delivered images are clean and MLS-ready.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Submit revision requests within 7 days of delivery. Standard edits are included: exposure, color correction, sky replacement, minor blemish removal, and small item removal. Bigger changes like virtual staging, twilight conversions, lawn enhancements, or seasonal changes are available for an added fee.
How long do you keep my files?
Files are guaranteed for 90 days after delivery, so download and save them right away. After that, recovery isn’t guaranteed.

How much does it cost?
Residential pricing is based on square footage plus any add-ons. You’ll see your exact price when you book online.

What’s the difference between Essentials, Showcase, and Premier?
Every package includes no limit on photo count, drone photos with property lines, a 2D floor plan with dimensions, and exterior sky replacements.

Premier: Maximum impact. Adds a Zillow 3D tour, a video with your choice of style, and 3 virtual twilight photos. Video is delivered in 2–3 days.
Can I order services à la carte?
Yes. Please reach out to us by phone, text, or email to talk specifics.
3D tours, Video, virtual staging, and virtual twilight can all be added to any shoot.
When is payment due?
Invoices are due on receipt. When media is delivered, you will be prompted to pay in order to download files. A preview of the media is shown at that time.
Photoshoot Prep
How should the home be prepared?
Lighting matters most. Before we arrive:

Turn on every light and open all the blinds, with slats horizontal

Turn off ceiling fans and TVs

Clear/Tidy kitchen and bathroom counters

Close all toilet lids

Hide pets’ items, trash cans, and personal photos

Remove pets from areas being captured

Will you move furniture or tidy up?
No. We don’t clean, declutter, or stage. If the home isn’t ready when we arrive, we can shoot it as-is, reschedule, or charge a return-trip fee. A 15-minute walkthrough with the checklist avoids all three.
Services
What is a Zillow 3D Home tour?
It’s an interactive, room-by-room walkthrough buyers can explore from any device, any time. Listings with a tour get a “3D Tour” badge in Zillow search results, and every tour includes an interactive floor plan with room dimensions.
Is your drone pilot licensed?
Yes. All aerial work is flown under FAA Part 107. If the property is in restricted airspace, we’ll get authorization or adjust the shot list.
Do you shoot commercial properties and developments?
Yes, including commercial listings, new developments, and builder projects. See the Commercial and Development pages or reach out for a quote.
Do you do Airbnb/VRBO photography?
Yes. Short-term rental shoots take more time on site and focus on styling, detail shots, and scroll-stopping cover images. These are custom quoted.
Usage & Licensing
Can I share the photos with my seller, the builder, or another agent?
Usually, yes. Just check with us first. You paid for the media, and in most cases we’re happy to let you share it.
The same courtesy goes both ways. If a seller, builder, or future listing agent asks us for your photos, we won’t release them without checking with you first. You paid for them, so you get the say.
Who owns the photos?
Waco Snaps keeps the copyright. You get a perpetual license to use the media for your marketing once the shoot is paid in full.
